SUMMARY
We are hiring for a full-time Appointment Coordinator to assist our Sales team!
Schedule will be rotating with other team members.

Example schedule:
Monday/Wednesday - 8:00am-4:00pm
Tuesday/Thursday - 12pm-8pm
Friday - 8-4 or 10-6

Saturday - (every other rotating) 8:30am - 5:00 pm

OR every Saturday with 1 day off during the week.
Sunday - OFF

We have a top business development team, and are looking to add a Coordinator. There is an hourly base pay, and commission without a cap.

In our Business Development Center, you can expect to work in an upbeat, fun, and fast-paced environment. We respond to customer requests on new and pre-owned vehicles, with the goal of setting appointments for our talented Sales team. We team up with our sales team to help our customers find the right vehicle, and making sure they have an excellent experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES :
•Direct customers to product information
•Deliver messages intended for sales personnel and other departments promptly
•Handle inbound customer requests to set appointments for the sales team
•Outbound prospecting to existing customer base via phone/text/email. No cold calling here!

REQUIREMENTS:
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Self-motivation
•Proficiency with computers
•Drive to hit goals
