Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume hiring for skilled trade and light industrial positions, including technicians, plumbers, electricians, and engineers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is motivated to source and place top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for trade skills and industrial roles.
• Conduct high-volume phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Attend job fairs to support recruiting and hiring efforts.
• Review resumes, applications, and candidate profiles.
• Manage recruitment documentation, forms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Maintain communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required).
• 2-5 years of recruitment experience (high-volume hiring experience preferred).
• Strong background in recruiting for light industrial, trade, and technical positions.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Excel, and other recruitment tools.
• High-energy, self-motivated, and driven to meet hiring goals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Professional communication skills with knowledge of legal hiring practices.
