ServiceMaster is an industry leader in Disaster Restoration (including fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, etc). ● Full time position (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, overtime and some on call weekends) ● Paid time off after 1 year, paid holidays
Required skills/certifications:
● Driver's License and clean driving record
● Construction: 1 year
● Project management: 1 year
● Skilled in repairs and mitigation work
● Efficient, multitasker, proficient with technology, leader, detailed oriented, organized, handle multiple jobs/clients, innovative problem solver, empathetic, well spoken, clean cut, reliable transportation to work, able to lift minimum of 75 lbs., willing to get your hands dirty.
● Experience with Water, Fire, Mold Restoration, Construction skills.
● Web programs including Restore365, MICA, Xactimate.
● Job management.
● IICRC certification
● Construction skills we are looking for: drywall hanging, taping, and texturing; painting; hanging baseboard and casing; basic electrical and plumbing knowledge, demolition experience, water mitigation experience, remodeling experience. Preference given to applicants with these skills.
● Manage rebuild and repairs projects
● Schedule subcontractors and repairs crew
● Ensure customer satisfaction
● Communicate with adjusters, customers, office staff, and technicians. ● Verify that we're working in compliance with insurance program requirements ● Understands how to read and work with estimates.
● Verify documentation is completed correctly and photos are taken.
Schedule is generally weekdays 8:30am-5pm (with occasional adjustments), with an on-call rotation and the possibility of emergency call outs on weekends, holidays or after hours. We offer bonuses for emergency / after hours call outs.
● About 1-2 weeks per month.
● Responding to after hours water damage calls.
● Beginning the digital customer file.
● Getting all necessary documents signed and photos.
● Starting the mitigation process to stabilize the property.
● Communicate clearly with the homeowners about what to expect during the process. ● Set or remove drying equipment.
● Monitor drying equipment on existing jobs on the weekends.
