Title: CPIC Analyst (DoD)
Client: Federal Agency
Ability to Work: Hybrid
Clearance: Must obtain a Public Trust
Work Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm (must work Eastern standard hours)
Work Day: Monday - Friday
The job emphasizes the need for collaboration with various stakeholders, maintaining compliance with policies and standards, and supporting the development and implementation of IT strategies across the department.
IT Portfolio Management and Enterprise Services Support:
- Managing IT/CA Investments across the Department.
- Manage both the President's Budget (PB) and Budget Estimate Submission (BES) annually.
- Provide input and support to Budget Justifications, Exhibits, and other related documents. o Updated DAF Budgeting guidance bi-annually based on DOD guidance.
- Conduct Ad-Hoc and Bi-annual Budget training with Portfolio Managers (PfMs).
- Manage team mailbox and coordinate responses to stakeholders throughout the department.
- Prepare high-level reports for executive leadership.
- Providing subject matter expertise for cross-portfolio management, supporting department core functions. o Identifying gaps in the Information Environment Mission Area (IEMA) and addressing integration shortfalls.
- Supporting IT service management for Enterprise Services, including Protect, Connect, Compute and Store, Enterprise Services, and End User Devices.
- Assisting with financial and cost management, managing funding, and supporting the PPBE process.
- Developing strategies and plans, including roadmaps, white papers, and policy recommendations.
Support Functions:
- Establishing baselines, tracking, and analyzing data.
- Facilitating the implementation of IT capabilities at the enterprise level.
- Analyzing technology trends and impacts of new technology on the IT infrastructure.
- Attending and supporting program reviews and working groups.
- Providing technical writing, preparing program documentation, briefings, and supporting graphics.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen with at least an Interim Secret or final Secret Clearance.
- 5 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience
Preferred:
- AF Budgeting Experience
- SNAP-IT Experience
