Data Analyst Boston, MA (onsite 3 days a week) 3 Months JD Summary: Data analyst that's worked on salesforce projects. Experience with PowerBI for reporting and data visualization SQL on the backend. This individual will be responsible for serving as primary liaison to Questrom IT during the buildout and implementation of a new and evolving Salesforce CRM. In addition, the Data Analyst will provide strategic insight into opportunities for dashboard development and data collection and synthesis to improve data-driven decision making related to career development events, activities and student outcomes. Data Collection and Synthesis: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection and synthesis related to career services, industry engagement, alumni engagement, and action learning; including employer and alumni participation, student engagement, and data mapping to resulting internship and job outcomes Analyze industry and alumni engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; suggest new metrics as data allows and as relevant to decision-making needs Collaborate with Questrom Decision Support (QRO to support data collection efforts related to national surveys and rankings RIT Solutions, Inc.
