Job Description

2+ years of proven experience with Salesforce. Experience in financial services, specifically asset management, is a plus.

• Proficiency in Salesforce's administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards.
• Understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate those to partners.
• Knowledge of JIRA and other project management tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, and proficiency in the rest of Microsoft Office suite
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with data management and data cleanup projects.
• Experience in providing training and educational resources on Salesforce to users.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in project management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills

You will support the team in running the day-to-day management of the sales systems and tools which includes: reporting and administration, managing users and stakeholders, overseeing data quality, building out the existing reporting and analytics capabilities, structuring enhancements, and researching new applications and tools, including the use of AI. #LI-AR1 JSR Tech Consulting
