Salary: $60,000 - 70,000/year

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Entry-Level Social Worker with an LMSW license to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of licensed clinical social workers and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to address the social and emotional needs of clients across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, needs, and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on enhancing coping skills and promoting emotional well-being.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving therapeutic outcomes.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the healthcare system and community.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care and continuity of services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in MD
• Strong understanding of clinical social work principles and practices, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ethical and legal standards governing clinical social work practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
