Position: Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives (CEO, CMO, CFO, etc.)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Type: Temp | Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $35-40/hour, depending on experience

Start Date: Immediate, following interviews

Note: Must be available to start right away and not currently employed full-time.

What You’ll Do:

• Take the lead in managing complex calendars, client meetings, teleconferences, and high-stakes C-Level board meetings.
• Handle confidential communications with the utmost discretion, expertly organizing and prioritizing critical documents, emails, and sensitive information.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for the CEO.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives or High Net Worth Individuals in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Expertise in managing calendars, scheduling, and organizing extensive travel arrangements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A sharp eye for detail, sound judgment, and the highest level of discretion.
