Seeking an experienced Hotel Catering Sales Manager to actively solicit, sell, plan, and oversee catering events at our hotel. This role requires a minimum 2 years of catering and wedding sales experience, specifically in a hotel setting.
The successful Hotel Catering Sales Manager will utilize their expertise in hotel catering operations to achieve monthly revenue goals. You will solicit new catering business through promotional activities, networking, and cultivating relationships with clients and event planners. Excellent communication skills are essential to prepare proposals, determine client requirements, and oversee events from start to finish.
