We are here to help people navigate the sometimes difficult court process and to work side by side as a team with the courts to monitor offenders. Someone who is detailed oriented and willing to move into leadership roles. If you think learning about the criminal justice system and its functions along with becoming certified in Federal Drug Testing, then this job may be for you.
Requirements
Experience :
This is an entry level position.
Customer Service Experience Preferred.
Must be able to work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Working knowledge of the use and applications of computers and have good typing skills.
Self-Starter: Someone who is ambitious and thrives in environments with minimal supervision.
Physical requirements may include lifting up to 50 Lbs. Bending, Crouching, Sitting, Walking, and Kneeling.
Install monitoring equipment (Examples: GPS-SCRAM Bracelet-Drug Patches and enroll court ordered clients.)
Clear alerts and manage Non-Compliance issues.
Prepare, collect and process urine samples for referral to outside services as required. (Training Provided)
Answer telephones, take messages and give information to callers.
Maintain files and record systems as necessary.
Maintain Housekeeping of ALL work areas.
REQUIRED: DOT Specimen Collector Certification: Training is provided by our developmental team at Intercept.
NOT ALL DUTIES MAY BE LISTED.
Nice to have: Spanish speaking.

We utilize Alcohol Monitoring Bracelets (SCRAM) GPS for House Arrest, Drug Patches, Remote Breath and do Drug Testing. We have offices in Stockton and Sacramento California and provide monitoring all over Northern Nevada with our corporate office being in Reno, Nevada. We offer all workplace drug testing including
DNA Paternity testing for court proceedings or personal assurance use " When You Need To Know". All Lab assistants are certified in Federal Drug Testing.
