About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a key strategic partner to the Co-Executive Directors. This role is pivotal in the operational and strategic execution of the organization's mission, with a focus on program development, fundraising, and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring programmatic excellence, leading the OKR process, and acting as a representative of the Co-EDs in high-level meetings. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in cross-team alignment, project management, and external relations, including managing relationships with key stakeholders and preparing for public appearances and thought leadership opportunities.
