This role is critical in the initial leasing phase of a new or recently repositioned property, requiring a proactive and sales-driven approach to achieve full occupancy quickly.

What it means to be our Lease-Up Leasing Consultant:
As a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving occupancy and executing strategic marketing efforts. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, working diligently to lease apartments at a rapid pace while maintaining superior customer service. You should be highly motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in managing high lead volumes. The ideal candidate will be a sales-focused professional who thrives in a high-energy lease-up environment!

Required Skills:

• Proven success in a fast-paced lease-up environment, demonstrating strong sales skills and an ability to close leases quickly.
• Proficiency with RealPage OneSite Management Software, Microsoft Office, and digital leasing platforms.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze market conditions, competitors, and pricing strategies to optimize leasing efforts.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high inquiry volumes.

A few things that your day-to-day will include:

• Driving lease-up occupancy by executing aggressive marketing and sales strategies.
• Managing high lead volume with follow-ups, calls, and outreach to maximize lease conversions.
• Hosting community events, open houses, and outreach programs to generate interest and build relationships.
• Developing full knowledge of application processes, screening policies, and lease agreements.
• Ensuring model apartments and target units are show-ready at all times.
• Providing top-tier customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Implementing social media and digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
• Conducting competitive market analysis to understand pricing trends and incentives needed to stay competitive.
• Maintaining accurate records of leasing activities and traffic reports.
• Collaborating with the management team to meet and exceed occupancy goals.
