Job Description

Our client, a dynamic player in the warehousing industry, is seeking a PACKER/PACKAGER to join their team. As a PACKER/PACKAGER, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: PACKER/PACKAGER

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay Range: $18.30 per hour

What's the Job?

• Receive coversheet and assigned cart for each series of orders, logging onto the voice system to begin the voice-directed picking process.
• Pick corresponding products from product bins and verify product accuracy during both picking and packing processes.
• Pack customer orders neatly and correctly to ensure quality and prevent damage during shipment.
• Report any errors in product selection or quality to the appropriate team member and correct orders as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by disposing of empty boxes and packaging appropriately.

What's Needed?

• Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to make accurate decisions under set guidelines.
• Ability to follow instructions and handle multiple assignments under stress.
• Knowledge of basic warehousing operations is preferred.
