Drive product development and project management
Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices
Oversee operations in a fast moving environment
Ensure injection molding processes run smoothly

Essential Job Functions:

5 years of direct engineering experience
Expertise in Injection Molding
Knowledge of TPM and Lean Manufacturing Principles
Ability to thrive in a fast moving environment
