Job Title: Psychological Associate

Job Type: Full-time direct hire

Job Location: Hagerstown, MD (Onsite)

$10,000 Sign on Bonus

Description:

Provides professional support to the Intensive Behavioural Management Program. Duties and tasks include: conducting behavior assessments and writing Behavior plans for adults with developmental disabilities utilizing applied behavior analysis and positive behaviour supports; and providing training and consultation to program staff. Works under minimal supervision. This is a full-time Exempt position. We also have part-time and consultant opportunities available.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology and are licensed or eligible to be a psychology associate;
• LCPC or LCSW-C that have training in applied behavior analysis and are eligible to practice in the State of MD;
• a Licensed Behavior Analyst licensed in the State of MD, or a BCBA License.
• Minimum of one year of experience or its equivalent writing behavior plans.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must also be 18 years old or older, and have a valid driver's license along with two (2) years of driving experience and good driving history.
• The successful candidate will also need to pass a background check, and pre-employment screenings including drug screen.
• Position requires some lifting.
• Attendance to some paid specialized training (Held M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm) is required.
