Job Title: Registered Nurse - MedSurg Overflow Unit – 4Main - Full time position
Join our dynamic and supportive team in our brand-new MedSurg Overflow Unit!
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to our patients.
This is an extra Medsurg overflow unit to help serve our community's needs.
Unit Details:
· Unit Type: MedSurg Overflow
· Beds: 15
· Staffing: 3 Registered Nurses per shift
· Support Staff: Patient Care Technicians and Unit Secretaries

Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the MedSurg Overflow Unit.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
· Support and mentor Patient Care Technicians and Unit Secretaries.
· Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of a State Board accredited School of Nursing - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
· At least 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience required.
· American Heart Association BLS – within two (2) weeks of employment
· ACLS – required within eight (8) weeks of employement
· Experience in a MedSurg or similar setting preferred.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
