**What You Bring to the Table**
As an Assistant General Manager, you will be instrumental in the success of our restaurant by:
- Bringing at least one year of management or leadership experience
- Having a background in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management (preferred)
- Leading a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience and a supportive environment
- Demonstrating strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing team members and shift managers
- Identifying and nurturing talent within your team for promotions
- Following operational and inventory control procedures for smooth operations
- Assisting with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local marketing
- Upholding food safety standards and cleanliness
- Working approximately 45 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including various shifts and weekends
- Meeting physical requirements of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
- Obtaining and maintaining necessary food safety licenses or certifications
- Holding a valid driver's license for occasional driving needs
- Being at least 18 years old and ready to advance your career
