We’re seeking a driven and experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale our growing SDR team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside world-class leaders like Kevin Dorsey (KD)—one of the most influential sales leaders globally—and Jeff Stirling , who helped scale Deel to $800M ARR.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop: Manage and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
Optimize strategies: Build and refine outbound sales strategies, leveraging data to drive performance and efficiency.
Foster growth: Create clear career paths and development opportunities for team members, helping them advance into roles like AE or other leadership positions.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing, AEs, and leadership to align on lead generation, outreach strategies, and team goals.
Drive accountability: Set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and provide regular coaching to ensure team success.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an SDR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams .
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Passion for creating a high-energy, competitive, and collaborative sales culture.
