About this team
This Sr. Technology Manager role plays a key leadership role leading the delivery of our people data and analytics program, partnering closely with our people and culture business partners. This team is responsible for all people data platforms/technologies and delivering on our aligned people data analytics roadmap, making data accessible and powering decision making across the enterprise.
A day in the life:
As the Sr. Technology Manager, People Data and Analytics, you will lead the overall delivery of our people data and analytics technology roadmap. This is a critical leadership role, working closely with business partners leveraging various methodologies to deliver on the priorities. You will lead full stack technology teams and deliver value in a release often, incremental value environment.

Compensation and Benefits Package:
lululemon’s compensation offerings recognize exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $166,200 - $218,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
