About this team
This Sr. Technology Manager role plays a key leadership role leading the delivery of our people data and analytics program, partnering closely with our people and culture business partners. This team is responsible for all people data platforms/technologies and delivering on our aligned people data analytics roadmap, making data accessible and powering decision making across the enterprise.

A day in the life:
As the Sr. Technology Manager, People Data and Analytics, you will lead the overall delivery of our people data and analytics technology roadmap. This is a critical leadership role, working closely with business partners leveraging various methodologies to deliver on the priorities. You will lead full stack technology teams and deliver value in a release often, incremental value environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the technology delivery supporting our people data and analytics roadmap, ensuring our people data systems scale and are performant.
  • Partner closely with business partners in product management and waterfall delivery.
  • Lead and develop full stack teams to ensure scalable delivery.
  • Gain alignment with future state architecture for people data systems.
  • Manage the people data and analytics portfolio, including financial management, risks, and dependencies.
  • Maintain a strong executive presence to assist in aligning the organization.
  • Oversee global labor strategy for people data and analytics technology investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and delivery for technology initiatives.
  • Deliver on key enterprise initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Develop and measure clear product KPIs, derive insights, and execute proof-of-concept executions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or applicable experience in the information technology field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Technology.
  • 7+ years of experience directly leading, developing people and teams.
  • 7+ years of experience in the people and culture space with a strong data/analytics background.
  • Demonstrated understanding of analytics storage, instances, integrations, security, and reporting.
  • 5+ years of experience working with data warehouses and top industry technologies in analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on business priorities at the enterprise level.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Portfolio/Program management.
  • 5+ years of experience within a functional discipline such as engineering or project management.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing $10M+ technology portfolios.
  • Experience managing projects using various delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism in collaboration.

Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits Package:
lululemon’s compensation offerings recognize exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $166,200 - $218,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

Workplace arrangement:
This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:
Hybrid
In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
