Located in our Canton, OH facility and reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Support will be responsible providing direct support and backup to different functions in the Service Department.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls from customers and suppliers
* Serve as back up and support to the Parts Coordinator regularly
* Assist with sourcing and tracking parts and materials
* Serve as backup support to HVAC & plumbing dispatch as needed
* Assist with service order calls from clients when necessary
* Track and enter returns, warranties and credits into the ERP system.
* Track and process customer purchase orders, tie into work orders in the ERP system, and ensure the information is accurate.
* Provide support for service technicians regarding parts being requested to complete jobs
* Work with project managers, service manager and customers to send out quotes
* Enter and track quotes - Upload into Coins and Salesforce
* Assist the account managers and project to prepare PM contracts and quotes
* Help with dispatchers and parts coordinator with receiving and processing material
* Assist with workflow in our ERP system
* Routine communication with clients, technicians, and interaction with other staff members in person, as well as by phone and email
* Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED - required
* Proficient in Excel - required
* HVAC knowledge/experience - beneficial
* Ability to handle the daily demands of a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal, written and phone communication and listening skills - required
* Excellent problem solving - required
* Excellent multitasking skills - required
* Strong focus on detail, accuracy and organization - required
* Ability to learn and understand technical terminology - required
* Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel - required
* Ability to work independently or in a team setting - required
