Overview:
We are seeking a hard-working and organized candidate for an entry-level Shipping Team Agent role. You'll be joining a team of agents who handle the fast-paced flow of fulfilling and shipping products from the Wing Warehouse to Wing customers. This includes packaging, organizing, and post office drop-offs and well as proper organization of received inventory and inventory management along with other Warehouse team members.
About You:
We'll cut to the chase. You're organized, able to work quickly while making minimal mistakes. Able to learn new processes quickly and willing to take on multiple roles and the physical work of packaging and shipping. You also have a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Orders: fulfilling, packaging and labeling order for preparation to ship on a daily basis.
- Package and organize Wing shipping materials to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped in the most efficient way.
- Process Returns: receiving returns and quality assessing each return (testing, physical condition grading, missing piece, etc).
- Unload and organize a constant flow of new inventory.
- Deliver packages to USPS/other shipping outlets multiple times per day.
Requirements-Able to lift and carry packages (~40 lbs)
