Description


We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who excel in customer interactions, thrive in fast-paced
environments, and enjoy working at various locations. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for
parking and retrieving customer vehicles, ensuring an exceptional and EPIC experience at all service points.

Position Requirements


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Be the first and last point of contact for guests, setting a welcoming and professional tone.
  • Door Assistance: Assist guests by opening car doors and restaurant doors, ensuring seamless and courteous service.
  • Vehicle Management: Safely park and retrieve vehicles, handle parking fee transactions, and maintain key organization.
  • Additional Duties: Monitor vehicle conditions, provide directions, and uphold professional appearance standards.

Basic Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
  • No DUIs within the last 39 months.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work across the greater Phoenix area.
  • Own a smartphone with internet access.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and nights.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service or valet parking experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to run short distances to retrieve vehicles.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
