Job Description

• Effective management of warehouse operations: receiving, stacking, collecting and sending finished products, raw materials and other materials; Ensuring compliance of all procedures with working conditions, priorities, internal regulations and standards of the company
• Management of stocks of finished products, raw materials and other materials and provision of services in accordance with the annual operating plan
• Management of warehouse employees and care for their development
• Ensuring effective communication both within the department and with external services in order to ensure high quality service
• Management of warehouse losses according to the plan
• Fulfillment of efficiency goals, initiation and implementation of solutions necessary for optimization
• Production of relevant reports and documents

• Higher education
• 5+ years of work experience in warehousing, of which at least two years of team management experience
• MS Office programs proficiency, preferably 1С.
• Fluent in Georgian language, English at B1+ level;
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
• Analytical thinking;
• Strong motivation, detail orientation and organization
